Ingredients

4 potatoes
1 lemon
Lemon zest
Cilantro, chopped
3 garlic, minced
Chili flakes and salt

Method

  • Cut your potatoes in small cubes
  • You can either fry or bake the potatoes, to your preference
  • In a large bowl, mix together: juice of 1 lemon, lemon zest, a handful chopped cilantro, 2-3 minced garlic, chili flakes and salt
  • Toss the potatos in the tangy sauce and enjoy right away
