Antioxidant-rich green tea has a lot of health benefits, not least helping your body to increase the production of detoxifying properties. Green tea is less processed than most other teas, like black tea for instance and it’s thought this is why it’s so full of nutrients.

If you’re feeling bloated it’s a good way to ease the symptoms and the perfect end to a heavy meal. The moderate amount of caffeine it contains can give you that much needed boost of energy. It has significantly less caffeine than coffee.
