Staying hydrated is key huns, and there’s nothing worse than realising you don’t have any H2O on a hot train, car or just when you’re out and about. Yes sure you can pop to a shop and grab some but it’s in single-use plastic and most never fully decompose! So every time we buy one we’re just contributing to plastic pollution which is already pretty dreadful.
