I’m a creature of habit and there are just a few things I need to have with me when leaving the house for my day to be as productive as it can be. Here’s an itemized list of everything I take with me that may influence you to do so too.
Snacks
And I’m not playing around when I say this but snacks are the most important out of this whole list. I always picture myself getting trapped in an elevator with other people and saving the day with my snacks.
I always have at least one savory and one sweet. Nine times out of ten my bag willbe stuffed with a packet on sour cream and chive sunbites and a chocolate bar of some sort.
I will argue with a brick wall about how good this is! Give HB ALL OFF THE AWARDS. I haven’t come across a lip treatment like it. Coming in 4 different scents/flavours (one being unscented) this lip treatment will nourish your lips in a way you have never experienced. It’s perfect in the day time worn with cute liner but at night time is where it really comes alive! You will wake up with the most shiny, plump and hydrated lips that will shock you to your core. I opted for the vanilla scented one and I’m never without it.
What was it that Nicki Minaj said – “couple wet wipes case a bum try to touch me”? Yeah. There are are a few too many things I want to keep clear of and living in a cosmopolitan city like London doesn’t make it easy. The reason why I opt for antibacterial wipes instead of an antibacterial gel is because I need feel like I’ve wiped the dirt away and dropped it off. The germs cannot remain on my person just because they’ve been “neutralized” no thanks!
Cuticle oil – Nails Inc Superfood Repair Oil
Now you know how I feel about cuticles that look like crunchy nut clusters – NOT ON BRAND. I stay with some cuticle oil. For ease I always keep some in my bag or car door to apply whilst I’m at the traffic lights.
Hand cream – Byredo Rose Of No Man’s Land Hand Cream
Pretty much continuing the point above. I just feel like it’s my duty to my race not be ashy. We really don’t do well with ashy. I always apply my cuticle oil first and then my hand cream to give extra shine.
Travel perfume – Maison Francis Kurkdjian Grand Soir Eau De Parfum Travel Set
I like to top up my perfume throughout the day to keep the good vibes going. As to not weight myself down, I slip a travel sized perfume in my bag. If you know me you already know what this scent is… MFK Grand soir!
Sewing Kit – AUERVO Travel Sewing Kit
A sewing kit is an absolute must for me now if the size of my bag will allow for it! Being on a night out and having to sew my friend into her outfit after it ripped made me realised just how vital of a necessity it is to have.
