Here’s how to make our fave body cleansing juice

Whether you’ve been juicing for a long time or are just starting out – this cucumber, apple, celery and pineapple combination is such a treat. Makes 750ml – 1L

Ingredients

1 cucumber
2 red apples
2 celery hearts
1 whole pineapple


You will need a juicer for this recipe
Tip: You can add two handfuls of spinach for extra nutrients

 

Method

– Juice all the ingredients in accordance with your juicer manual.
– Either drink straight away, or chill for an hour and then enjoy!
