While we still get to benefit from the warm, bright evenings make the most of the remaining summer days (and nights!) with a drink and bite to eat at one of London’s stunning rooftop bars. We’ve chosen a few we love to give you some inspiration, whether it’s that after work drink with a great view, date night or a special occasion with all your huns – there’s a rooftop for everything.
The Lucky Club – Camden
Cocktails and tacos are what The Lucy Club does best. It’s one of London’s newest rooftop bars and certainly lives up to the hype. It’s a casual but well put together setting that’s perfect for day drinking or after work drinks. It overlooks trendy Camden Market
Vibe: casual, chill and perfect for daytime or after work drinks
Jin Bo Law Skybar – Aldgate
If you want views, then look no further than Jin Bo Law. Set on the 14th floor of the Dorsett City Hotel the outdoor terrace and massive glass windows provide the best view of London’s skyline. It’s elegant with a dress code to match. There’s a DJ, so grab your girls for the perfect night out.
Vibe: parties, evening cocktails, glam
Roof Garden at Pantechnicon – Belgravia
This is truly a rooftop retreat. Filled with plants, this bright and beautiful rooftop mixes Japanese and Nordic influences to make a great menu of food and cocktails. It sits above Pantechnicona – a shopping and dining destination filled with bars and shops, but the real gem is the the Roof Garden. Definitely the perfect spot for dinner and drinks, it also has a weekend brunch menu!
Vibe: stylish, all-day dining, brunch or dinner with friends
The Rooftop – One Hundred Shoreditch
You’ll want to head there on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday when there’s a DJ bringing all the good vibes. Great cocktails and small plates of food to share, this is the perfect end of week treat. Think Palm Springs, but in the middle of East London with views across Shoreditch.
Vibe: playful, trendy, great for drinks with friends
SushiSamba – Heron Tower, Bishopsgate
SushiSamba apparently has the highest outdoor dining terrace in Europe! And it won’t disappoint, with magical views across the city. You can sit inside or outside, but the main terrace outside is where you’ll want to request a table in the warm weather. It fuses Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisines to offer a unique choice of food also.
Vibe: perfect for date night, high-quality food, romantic
